Account Executive

Role Overview

Account Executives are responsible for generating and cultivating relationships with advertising agencies as well as local, national and global companies that place ads with Opt-Intelligence. Account Executives also generate new business from website publishers and mobile app publishers seeking to serve Opt-Intelligence ad units.

Primary Responsibilities

Generate New Business

  • Prospect, consult, and close partnerships with agencies, advertisers and digital media publishers
  • Employ best-practice consultative selling process; add value by helping to create tailored solutions for advertisers and publishers
  • Generate new leads by networking, cold calling and attending events and conferences
  • Maintain a high level of weekly activity consisting of networking, meetings and diligent follow-up
  • Create industry leading proposals, pitches, and other communication documents
  • Negotiate deal points and certain contract terms

Project Management

  • In addition to the foregoing, each Account Executive leads a special project of strategic importance to the company's sales efforts, designed in collaboration with executives and the VP of Sales
  • Coordinate internal meetings to drive the special project initiative
  • Present periodic reports to VP of Sales and COO

Director of Publisher Development

Role Overview

Opt-Intelligence is seeking a Director of Publisher Development for our team. This is a fantastic role for a disciplined and well-connected professional interested in elevating their career in the digital advertising industry. The Director of Publisher Development role involves significant responsibility for developing relationships with large desktop and mobile publishers, as well as seeking partnership opportunities with publisher technology collaborators. This is a complex and consultative position in which creativity and flexibility are required to find optimal solutions.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Build strong partnerships with desktop and mobile publishers, and technology providers
  • Employ consultative approach to selling; add value by helping to create tailored solutions for publishers and partners
  • Play a strategic role in cross functional initiatives including product launches and strategic planning for publisher products

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 5-7 years digital sales experience with a minimum 3 years’ experience negotiating digital publisher development deals for content/site monetization solutions like ad-networks, SSPs, DMPs or DSPs
  • Existing relationships with digital publishers is a big plus
  • An existing book of business or existing relationships with digital publishers are a big plus
  • Experience in mobile publisher sales

Publisher Account Manager/Analyst

Role Overview

The Publisher Account Manager/Analyst will be a major component in the growth and effective operation of the Opt-Intelligence (OI) Publisher Account Management Department. This position will be responsible for the creation, maintenance and ongoing performance improvements for Managed Placements in the OI Publisher Network.

Desired Skills & Experience

Project Management

Role Overview

Account Managers are responsible for working directly with Opt-Intelligence's advertiser clients to establish and cultivate relationships, and to analyze and manage their performance.

Sales Development Coordinator

Role Overview

The Sales Development Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Opt-Intelligence Sales Department, the team behind the industry’s fastest growing opt-in advertising network. This is a fantastic role for a driven, organized, high energy individual with a strong desire to learn and grow within the digital space.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Report to Director of Sales. Work directly with the entire sales team as well as Account Management, Ad Operations and Accounting departments
  • Be knowledgeable of all software and applications related to the Opt-Intelligence sales team (e.g. Salesforce.com, JIRA, Microsoft Office)
  • Maintain customer relationship management (CRM) system, involving Salesforce.com, Yesware, and proprietary applications
  • Maintain marketing concept materials, media kits and presentations
  • Assist Director of Sales with sales team growth, maintenance and support
  • Prospect and initiate conversations with new customers
  • Manage drip marketing campaigns to develop interest and generate demand
  • Provide administrative support to Director of Sales and Chief Revenue Officer (e.g. sending client contracts, booking travel, calendar management)

Primary Responsibilities

Development

  • Frontend and backend coding for projects of all sizes
  • Write SQL queries / statements
  • Integrate third party applications / libraries
  • Research and resolve application bugs
  • Ensure proper status detail added to issue tracking system

Testing

  • Take ownership of issues from specs to post-release

Required Skills and Personal Qualities

  • 5+ years working knowledge of J2EE development, preferred with a concentration in web development
  • 3+ years experience working with Java / Tomcat / Oracle / Linux or similar stack
  • Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL
